The brand new Women's Marketing Forum website has just opened its doors...
The site is a members-only community for self-employed women to learn and share practical information on how to get more clients, more easily, and create greater business success.
It offers you a platform for getting in touch with and joining forces with other self-employed women, and creating win/win relationships by sharing knowledge, expertise and business experiences. Membership is open to all women running a business, and is free of charge.
What awaits you on the site?
Here's a brief run-down:
- a vibrant, growing blog offering snippets, tips and musings on creating a better business. This blog will be the 'information hub'
of the site, also keeping you up-to-date on everything that's going on at the WMF
- an exciting series of new 'back to basics' training videos covering the essential skills and knowledge you need to get more clients, more easily
- discussion boards where you can ask for specific advice from fellow members and business experts alike, as well as promote your business for free
- comprehensive networking features, including searchable member profiles with the option to include a full description of your business and what you do, plus a photo, contact information, and full messaging facilities for networking with other members
- recommended resources with a hand-picked selection of useful resources, recommended software, books, vendors, etc.
- over 20 hours worth of interesting and informative audio interviews and marketing classes
- the marketing wiki: a growing database of marketing wisdom from a wide range of marketing and business success experts - all the answers you need, at the click of a mouse!
The website was literally launched late last night, so it's very early days, but I would very much value your thoughts and opinions on what you think of this growing resource so far.
